  • The Enriched Certificates feature allows you to attach certified files, one or more documents (transcripts, diploma supplements, photos, etc.) directly to each certificate, making them more complete and informative.

  • You can attach: transcripts, attestations of success, diploma supplements, ID photos or official letters. Accepted formats: jpg, svg, png, xlsx, json, txt, zip & pdf.

  • Each certificate features a secure icon on the right panel.With one click, the document is downloaded. The first page includes metadata(e.g., document name, issued by, hash, verification method), and the second contains the original document. In addition to this icon, custom- styled download buttons can be integrated directly into the certificate interface. These buttons reflect your institution’s visual identity and enhance the user experience.

  • Yes — you can attach several documents per certificate. Each file will be secured and accessible independently through the same certificate interface.

  • There are two options:
    - Via the BCdiploma platform: Upload your documents directly when setting up a campaign.
    - Via API: Automate the upload and linking of documents as part of your certification workflow.

  • Yes, each document is cryptographically linked to the certificate and timestamped. It is stored in a secure distributed system designed to ensure long-term access and verification. This guarantees the authenticity and integrity of every document, with an unforgeable proof of issuance.
